Best Istikhara Center was founded in 2008 to make authentic Sunnah-based spiritual guidance accessible — and to keep it untainted by superstition or commerce.
Our story
The center began with a simple observation: many seeking Istikhara could not find a scholar to perform it sincerely on their behalf. Some had been turned away. Others had been given vague answers, or worse — told what they wanted to hear in exchange for payment.
Our founder, Sheikh Muhammad Saleem (may Allah preserve him), spent fifteen years studying classical fiqh and Quranic sciences in Madinah and Karachi before opening this center with a single principle: that the prayer of Istikhara belongs to Allah alone, and our role is only to ask sincerely and convey honestly.

How we differ
We are not a hotline, a marketplace, or an oracle. We are scholars who pray for you and write to you. Three commitments shape every consultation:
- Authenticity over assurance. We will tell you what we sense from Istikhara — even if it is "wait," "neither," or "we did not receive clarity." We do not manufacture answers.
- Privacy without exception. No detail leaves the assigned scholar. Ever.
- Counsel over command. Istikhara opens the heart; the decision remains yours. We help you read what Allah has shown you — we do not decide for you.
Sheikh Muhammad Saleem
Founder · 30+ years of Islamic study · Hanafi madhhab
Educated at Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi and Madinah Islamic University, Sheikh Saleem completed his ijazah in Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and the four foundational sunan. He has taught Quranic exegesis for over two decades and counseled families across forty countries.
Three additional resident scholars assist with Marriage Istikhara, women's consultations, and Spiritual Healing — each holding ijazah and trained in our standardized method.
